Picking each one up, testing out the spine, feeling the weight in your hands, judging the font type and size, reading the first few pages, understanding how the book flopped open. The ultimate test before committing to a whole new world of pages.

Question to ask yourself this week: Where is my mindset automatically clinging to the negative? In those places, how can I feed my mind a new more positive perspective?
