Sunday Inspiration: Volume 1.23

All of the inspiration, content, and intentions of the week so that you can arrive the aspirational way.

Sentiment of the week: “Women want to be loved like roses. They spend hours perfecting their eyebrows and toes and inventing irresistible curls that fall by accident down the back of their necks from otherwise austere hair-dos. They want their lover to remember the way they held a glass. They want to haunt.” ― Eve Babitz, Slow Days, Fast Company: The World, the Flesh, and L.A.

Here’s what is currently inspiring us: The building phase of a creative idea, every piece in Helsa’s fall collection, mood boards, Pilates by Bryony, getting sweater ready, fancy lunches with good friends, the crisp morning air before the afternoon heat takes center stage, cooking home made meals vs. ordering in, family time sans phone, adding these weights to your workout, falling in love with the tease of the holidays that are quickly emerging and wondering if it is too soon to partake, this purse, exiting your comfort zone when it comes to colors, being an amateur at something, deeply knowing that you at your best is what is best for your children, savoring sunsets for a sweet sweet second.

Nostalgic for: The blossoming and wild naiveté of youth right as you enter into the adult world; into the career world; into the responsibility world.

Question to ask yourself this week: How can I nourish myself during my expansion?
